What fits on a 140 cm desk? Monitor layout estimates
Width-only estimate for a nominal 140 cm reference desk: One 27-inch 16:9 monitor, Two 24-inch 16:9 monitors, Two 27-inch 16:9 monitors, One 32-inch 16:9 monitor, One 34-inch 21:9 ultrawide, One 49-inch 32:9 super-ultrawide stay within the modeled width target after the stated gaps and side margins. Two 32-inch 16:9 monitors and Three 24-inch 16:9 monitors exceed the desk's stated width even before stand, cable or accessory space. This does not confirm that the complete physical setup fits; most entries use screen-panel estimates, and desk depth is not checked.

Assumptions
- A 140 cm desk is a nominal reference size from the cited IKEA range, not a measurement of every desk sold as 140 cm.
- Unless a row names a model-specific overall width, monitor width is a screen-panel estimate derived from diagonal and aspect ratio; bezel width is not included.
- The 32-inch and 34-inch examples use model-specific overall widths without stands. Other monitor bodies and stands can differ.
- The 49-inch example is screen-only; its cited active panel width is not the full outer device width, which is wider.
- The model adds a 20 mm gap between adjacent displays and 38 mm of recommended side margin on each side. These are planning assumptions, not regulations.
- The comparison checks width only; desk depth, monitor stands, cables, speakers and other objects are not modelled.
